Laces Juggling Importance

Laces juggling is key to mastering your shot. Often times players are unable to correctly strike a ball with their weak foot because when they contact the ball their toe comes up or their ankle isn't locked. This difficult type of juggling teaches players to keep their toe down when they strike the ball, a skill mastered by the late Ken Snow. This training will help players build muscle memory and find the "sweet spot" on their foot.

The Challenge

Jake's challenge to you is to see how many of these difficult juggles you can get in a row before the ball touches the ground. Make sure to watch the video below to see what the form should look like. It can be a lot more challenging than it looks when you are first starting, so don't get discouraged if you are having trouble at first. Can you get 10 in a row? 20? 50? If the answer is yes, make sure to take a video of it and email it to us. You just might end up on the website!
