Laces Juggling Mastery
Laces Juggling Importance
Laces juggling is key to mastering your shot. Often times players are unable to correctly strike a ball with their weak foot because when they contact the ball their toe comes up or their ankle isn't locked. This difficult type of juggling teaches players to keep their toe down when they strike the ball, a skill mastered by the late Ken Snow. This training will help players build muscle memory and find the "sweet spot" on their foot.
Quality Over Quantity
This type of juggling is one of the hardest forms of juggling to master. I would recommend starting out doing one juggle and making sure to keep the ankle locked and toe down when you strike the ball. Doing one quality juggle over and over will help train the mind to keep the ankle locked when performing a laces shot.
